• In-home assessment where we review your space, understand your goals, and identify opportunities you might not have considered.

• Specific recommendations on layout improvements, material selections, or design direction based on what matters most to you.

• Discussion of structural possibilities and constraints, helping you understand what's feasible within your home's framework.

• Guidance on contractor selection and coordination strategies to help you manage the project effectively.

• Written summary of our discussion with key recommendations you can reference as your project moves forward.

• Resource list including contractors, suppliers, and specific products we discussed.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Consultations are single sessions, scheduled at your convenience. Many clients find this gives them the confidence and direction they need to move forward on their own.

• If you would like more support after the consultation, follow-up guidance is available hourly, or we can scope a full design project for the rooms you want to change.

INVESTMENT:

$395 plus GST for the two-hour on-site consultation, written summary and resource list. The fee is paid when you book. If you sign a full design project with us within 60 days, the $395 is credited toward your design fee. Follow-up advice after the consultation is available at $135 per hour.
